Control Valve Positions

 The valves that control the flow of oil are operated electrically from the control console. Looking at the machine with the rear cover removed, the valve on your left is the suction or evacuation valve and the right valve is the overboard or discharge valve. Each valve has a lever that when activated moves from left to right or right to left depending on the selected mode. Both valves can be moved manually by first pressing the "clutch " button, and then moving the lever to the desired position. The relative valve position is as follows:

Switch to Suction Mode:

Suction Side Valve:

Arrow all the way to the left of the actuator markings on shaft at 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock.
Discharge Side Valve Arrow all the way to the right of the actuator markings on shaft at 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock.
 

Switch to Discharge Mode:

Suction Side Valve:

Arrow all the way to the right of the actuator markings on shaft at 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock

Discharge Side Valve:

Arrow all the way to the left of the actuator markings on shaft at 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock
