Oil Changers is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the following positions:

• Cashiers
  

  In this position, we are seeking individuals with an ability to provide friendly and professional customer service. Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to data entry into computer, maintaining order accuracy and completeness, communicating effectively with the crew and with customers, along with some exterior maintenance of customer vehicles.

  This position specifically excludes all activities that involve the use of pits, racks, lifting apparatuses, or the inflation of any tire mounted on a rim.
  

• Greeters
  

  In this position, we are seeking individuals with an ability to provide friendly and professional customer service. Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to greeting customers upon arrival to the store, maintaining good traffic flow during peak periods, generating work orders and recommending services as needed, data entry into computer, maintaining order accuracy and completeness, communicating effectively with the crew and with customers, along with some exterior maintenance of customer vehicles. Sales experience helpful.

  This position specifically excludes all activities that involve the use of pits, racks, lifting apparatuses, or the inflation of any tire mounted on a rim.
  

• Crew Leaders
  In this position, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals with an ability to provide friendly and professional customer service while also demonstrating technical proficiency and some supervisory skills. Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to opening/closing the store consistently, training and development of team, inventory and ordering, assisting manager in establishing and achieving production goals, controlling cash shortages and inventory shrinkage, along with the ability to effectively perform in other positions. Sales experience required.
  
  
• Technicians
  In this position, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals with an ability to provide friendly and professional customer service while also demonstrating technical proficiency. Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to safely guiding vehicles into service bays, greeting customers upon arrival into the service bay, verifying service and safety requirements, including pre-existing conditions, with the customer and the other technicians working on the vehicle, recommending services as needed, performing limited data entry into computer, communicating effectively with the crew and with customers, along with some exterior maintenance of customer vehicles. Sales experience required. Individuals applying for any technical position must be over 18 years of age or participating in a qualified work-experience education program through the employee's school.
  
  
• Store Managers
  In this position, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals with an ability to provide friendly and professional customer service while also demonstrating technical proficiency and exceptional supervisory skills. Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to training and development of team, scheduling and labor control, inventory and ordering, establishing and achieving production goals, controlling cash shortages and inventory shrinkage, along with the ability to effectively perform in other positions. Sales experience required.
